Payment information

When you purchase a subscription, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. Fillmetric does not intentionally store complete payment-card details such as your full card number or card security code.

Technical information

We may collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This may include device information, browser or operating-system information, IP address, application version, authentication information, and relevant technical logs.

Fillmetric does not use AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Business Data and Station Staff

If you use Fillmetric on behalf of a filling station or business, the station Owner or Administrator may control the account and determine which Staff members can access particular information.

Staff should understand that information entered into a station account may be accessible to authorized administrators of that station.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction.

However, no electronic system, internet transmission, device, or cloud infrastructure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, passwords, authentication credentials, and Staff accounts.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business records, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect our legitimate interests.
